The hospitality of the staff was excellent and everyone was always available to organize tours and give us various information. They hosted us with a nice mint tea on the terrace. Moussa, Latifa and Ahmed were very friendly to us and made us feel at home and welcome. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and delicious

The owner (and his brother) went the extra mile to make our stay amazing! He came to pick us up from the main square when we came by taxi and brought us to the riad late at night. We checked out super early and they made sure breakfast was ready. They also washed our clothes and had them ready in a couple of hours. Really incredible attention to their guests!

Unbeatable host attention. It is a real charm. He was concerned from the beginning that our stay was pleasant. In Fez there are people who will offer to "help" you get to the hotel (with a subsequent tip, having taken a longer turn to confuse you) the GPS does NOT work in its streets. Pay no attention and contact Mussa, he will come looking for you and show you how to get there. Very abundant and rich breakfast, pleasant terrace and more than adequate room
